Seaside Cottage is located on the Gulf at the end of the island peninsula in Tarpon Springs. Howard Beach is a short 10 minute kayak ride away (Two kayaks and 2 paddle boards included at the house.) Incredible fishing right off the brand new 130 ft dock and sea wall. Dolphins, manatee, sting rays, crabs and all kinds of fish swim around the dock. Putting green with five holes, golf clubs and led lit balls and holes for fun at night!
Seaside Cottage was recently renovated and has two levels. The upper level has an open floor plan kitchen with a farmhouse sink, quartz counters, new cabinets and appliances and a huge island open to the dining and living area. Upon entry, it feels as though you are on a cruise ship with the water views! Two bedrooms (King in main and trundle in second bedroom) on the upper level along with a gorgeous upscale bathroom. The lower level has a family gathering room, piano, coffee bar, a large bedroom with a queen bed and trundle bed, full bathroom and laundry room.
The upstairs oversized slider opens to a huge upper deck overlooking the pool. The backyard has a pool, hammock, dock, newly installed turf with putting green and beautiful palm trees lining the sea wall. Beach equipment is provided, including beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach mat and sand toys.
At Seaside Cottage, you can kayak the open Gulf, paddle to beautiful Howard Beach, enjoy the fire pit and and explore nature in the canals of mangroves to the east. The home is equipped with the fastest internet available, Frontier FIOS with 500/500 Mbps Fiber Optic Speed. 817.996.6497

We had the best stay at this property over Memorial weekend. The cottage is absolutely beautiful, the decor is gorgeous and it has everything you need. The exterior of the house and the view are stunning and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Chris and Roni were excellent hosts. We will definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful; the lot is at the end of a peninsula, on a cul de sac street. Somehow the placement of the house provides a great deal of privacy, which is always very important to me. The home is unbelievably appointed; they have thought of everything. We hardly left the house in 6 weeks because we were always happiest on the deck watching the water, swimming in the pool and the sunsets... whoa. Roni, one of the owners is super responsive and also helpful. She is a delight. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would.

This listing cannot even describe what all you will experience when you rent this place! The most beautiful location, close to town (if you need or want to shop or eat), close to many beaches, or you can never leave at all! We saw sea creatures EVERY day from the house and the dock area- dolphins, sting rays, manatees, sea turtle, and all kinds of fish! Beautifully modern decor and furnishings, super clean, the owner has thought of every detail- from the hand soaps, the swimming pool toys, the ocean toys, bug spray and hydrocortisone (the insects will literally eat you alive after dark), beach towels galore, sand toys, beach chairs, fire pit, hammock, kitchen well equipped and outside seating on top deck and bottom porch. Yard, landscaping, dock and views- all amazing! Beds were all comfy. Easy and fast communication with the owners and always had great recommendations for local eateries and things to enjoy in the area! We hope to get to return some day, because we LOVED staying here and the location, truly a perfect little paradise!

I must admit, we nearly cried when our stay ended. This beautifully decorated beach themed home was welcoming the moment we entered. Comfortable beds and plush bath and pool towels. Kitchen reasonably supplied with cookware and plenty of nice white dishes/coffee mugs etc. Morning coffee on the deck watching for dolphins and star gazing after dark. Lunch along side the pool. Kayak rides into the mangroves during the day. Neighbors up and down the street were friendly and the area is peaceful. This peninsula location provided sunrise AND sunset vistas. Chris and Roni are attentive hosts whose lovely touches made this the ultimate escape from winter in the Midwest.
