Maximum of 35 foot trailer for access and parking. Plenty of space to explore and quick access to desert. Many trails for horse, bike, RV, etc.

I just needed a place to shower and sleep and it was great for that! I did end up opting for a drink on the deck and just enjoying the view vs heading to town to the bar a few nights. Was very relaxing! For a tiny house- nice sized bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed too.
