I loved that the house was very comfortable and had a great view!
Because of the power outages, i think it may be nice to have a number or website to report an outage (just to make sure one had been reported)
I also would recommend actual dishes. I personally do not like to drink and eat from plastic, but it was definitely not a deal breaker!
