Enjoy the beauty of Lake Tahoe from this 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome in Kingswood Village in Kings Beach, with a king-size bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom, all with luxury memory foam mattresses. Breathe in the soothing pine scent as you kick back on one of 2 balconies overlooking the forest and listen to the soothing sounds of the creek below. Great hiking and mountain biking right off the property on an expansive trail system, and a short 8-minute drive to North Lake Tahoe’s premiere ski resort, Northstar. This townhome and its community are the closet property to Northstar Resort without staying at Northstar. During the summer months enjoy the amenities of the property’s tennis courts, pickle ball, pool, and year-round access to a cardio room and sauna. The beach is only a 3-minute drive away for those looking for time on beautiful Lake Tahoe.
During the winter, you are a short drive from half a dozen ski resorts, including just an 8-minute drive to Northstar for world-class skiing. Historic Truckee is only 15 minutes away, with charming restaurants and boutiques, and it’s a quick 45-minute drive to the Reno/Tahoe International Airport. Beat the rush on the ride home with easy access to Interstate 80. Downtown Kings Beach is only 3 minutes down the road, where you can grab groceries, eat at over a dozen restaurants, rent bikes and kayaks, or lounge on the beach and enjoy the sunset.
