The large kitchen, complete with a wet bar, is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms provide plenty of space for family or friends. Covered, designated parking is conveniently located near the elevator entrance.
Step out onto the front and back decks to relax and soak in the surroundings. The front deck overlooks the marina, Roanoke Sound, and downtown Manteo—perfect for sunsets or morning coffee. The back balcony is a nature lover’s paradise, with otters, waterfowl, and even occasional bald eagle sightings.
Guests enjoy access to the community pool and fitness center, plus on-site dining at Salt and Cypress. The public beach is just a short drive away, and historic downtown Manteo’s waterfront, shops, restaurants, and entertainment are all within walking distance.

The condo is a perfect location for us. It was immaculate when we walked through the door. It was perfect for my family. (3 adults and two boys) Fully furnished kitchen that had everything we needed. There is an on-site restaurant that we walked to for dinner and drinks.The owner was very responsive and very informative. He went above and beyond to help us after we left something behind.This is our second time staying there and we will be back.

It was a great place to stay for our annual Cousins Getaway. We relaxed. We ate well. And the weather was wonderful. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Thanks

House was clean, had everything you need. Host communicated regularly and provided clear instructions on where to park, how to gain entry to condo. We needed no further assistance but felt if we did the host(s) were very easy to contact. The on site restaurant was convenient and had good food offerings. Mornings with coffee and evenings with a glass of wine were spent on the deck. Perfect!Off season so we did not use the pool.
