Go 15 miles to enjoy the big town fast food life in Alexandria, MN. The home features a open kitchen / living room layout with vaulted ceiling and patio doors to lower patio and a loft with access to upper deck that offers great views. Living room also has a gas fireplace.
There are two bedrooms and two baths. The upper level has a large bedroom with King size bed, a full bath and a loft with a full size futon. The lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinner ware, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, dishwasher. There is a washer/ dryer on first floor. Other amenities include, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board, highspeed fiberoptic Internet/WiFi and a selection of board games. Dog friendly with fenced in back yard. under 50 lbs preferred but can discuss with owner. This is a winter 30+ day rental. initial cleaning supplies and vacuum, toilet paper, shampoo/ conditioner and soap provided. Ring security on the property, can be turned off upon your check-in or left on for your security. Also a contracted snow plowing when snow is over 2 inches. Seasonal rental 1 October to 15 April.
