A place full of magic and inspiration! In one of the most enchanting places in Ticino, above Lake Maggiore, where the sun shines all year round, stands the 'Casa Moorea'. A jewel of extreme charm with a magical 180° lake view, which stylishly combines the rustic charm of a Ticino country house with modern elegance. An ideal holiday home for families, couples and travellers wishing to spend relaxing holidays with their four-legged friends in an enchanting setting. The 110-square-metre house, located on a cul-de-sac, is easily accessible by car. From the hotel car park it only takes a few steps to be greeted by the lively atmosphere of 'Casa Moorea'.On the light-flooded ground floor you will find a cosy living area with an extremely comfortable sofa, a modern dining room for six, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a practical laundry room with a bottle holder, washing machine and dryer. The best entertainment is also guaranteed! In the living area you will find an impressive flat-screen TV (140 cm!) with satellite receiver and Smart TV for Netflix, YouTube and more. There is also a DVD player and, of course, high-speed Wi-Fi. An open archway leads from the living area directly to the kitchen, where you will find everything you need to delight yourself and your loved ones with culinary delights, including a cosy fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to always have a view of our magical lake and quick access to the terrace and garden. Whether sunbathing, carefree play, a delicious barbecue or a glass of Moscato at sunset, the 'Casa Moorea' offers you all possibilities. The whirlpool bath, in which you can cool down after a sauna session, promises a very special kind of pleasure. If you prefer it warm, you can even turn it on. Why yes, the 'Casa Moorea' also has a barrel sauna. Would you like to retire? A lovely spiral staircase leads from the living area to the first floor. Here you will find a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with a view of the lake: a smaller room with two single beds and a larger room with a king-size double bed, plus the comfort of a fireplace and air conditioning. Both rooms have direct access to the balcony. Despite all its beauty, the 'Casa Moorea' also impresses with its interior qualities. It all starts with the integrated solar system for sustainable energy production and extends to the electrically controlled window shades and wind and rain protection sensors. Please note that the terrace is not expressly equipped for child safety. So always keep an eye on your treasures. Another tip: if you are looking for a larger holiday home, you might consider renting 'Casa Makatea' in the neighbouring property. In total, there is comfortable space for up to 10 people.
