Upon arrival I noticed Bedroom TV had large crack thru the screen making unwatchable, the washer was leaking substantial amount of water, being that we arrived Christmas Day I waited to the following day to contact our Hosts Greg and Brandon about these issues. They responded "will will have someone take a look" We never heard back from Brandon and Greg during our stay other than to give us the code to the Golf Cart which was to be in the welcome Binder which it was not. The weight room you see in pics is actually in the garage what's not explained is that the large Golf Cart takes up the entire garage and the exerise equipment is pushed to each side requiring the guests to carry and move the weights and equipment to be usable, There are 2 Bathrooms with beautiful showers yet they are only provided with 2 towels for each? Also, no beach chairs as advertised. The backyard area is spacious and well equipped, Pool was clean but because the water level had fallen below the skimmer line the heater was not working as explained by the pool guy who arrived 3 days into our 4 day stay I have stayed in Dozens of properties this was not the worst but a close second given the price
