Bi-fold doors lead to an expansive deck, perfect for relaxing in summer or enjoying the soothing sound of rain in winter. Steps from boutique shops and cafes.
The Space:
The master bedroom overlooks the front garden with a king sized bed and separate ensuite. There are an additional three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one perfectly sized for two adults or two children with king single beds. Enjoy a huge open-plan living, dining & kitchen area. There is a spacious bathroom off the kitchen with a shower over bath and european laundry. The dining area opens onto a large back deck balcony with outdoor dining furniture. Carport for 2 cars completes the back yard.
The Neighborhood:
Just a short walk to vibrant Pakington Street’s shops, cafes and pubs, this home offers unbeatable access to Newtown’s best. Explore scenic walking tracks along the Barwon River, including peaceful Balyang Sanctuary. The area is rich with Victorian and Edwardian architecture, historic mansions, and close to GMHBA Stadium and Kardinia Aquatic Centre. Nearby are a mountain bike track and an 18-hole Par 3 golf course—perfect for active guests.
Getting Around:
Located only a short 5-minute drive into the Geelong CBD, this property is the perfect location for all events in the Geelong region. There is public transport close by making it an easy property to stay at without a vehicle, however if you drive there is space for two vehicles behind a secure electric gate, with an additional space at the front of the property, as well as on-street parking.
The property is also walking distance to many boutique shops and cafes in Pakington Street.

A $100 extra fee applies for lost keys or callout visit outside of normal business hours. A $150 fee applies for a lost remote.
