The place was just as seen in the pictures. Very comfortable and cozy. The host was really great. I had a medical emergency that sent me to the ER the morning we were checking out. The host was very understanding and offered to extend the checkout time. Fortunately, my partner was able to get things packed up and we didn't need the extra time, but the offer was appreciated. We visit family in Memphis often and this location and place was perfect. I can see us returning here frequently, if it's available.

The property and ambiance was adorable - I stayed there alone while in Memphis helping my daughter move. During the day, I was there very limited amount of time. The location is central for sure. While majority of the house was clean and tidy, I did notice small items requiring some maintenance. The shower drain needs a clean out - I was standing in water. Also, the shower does not get super hot. The unit was well equipped. There was everything I needed, paper towels, sponge, trash bags, clean towels, etc.The neighbors - not so much. On Friday night, I was awoken at 2:00ish am by neighbors who had clearly just arrived home from the clubs. There were a LOT of them hanging out in the driveway of the other unit and the porch of the adjacent house, which was directly outside of the bedroom where I was staying. It scared me something fierce until I realized what was happening. They were very loud and not considerate for sure. The parking requires you to park on the grass in front of the unit or the street. I was not comfortable parking on the street as it is a very busy street.
