The Landings is a secure gated resort community situated on the SW Gulf Coast Caloosahatchee River that is perfect for golf, tennis, pickleball players, and boaters alike! This community boasts several top-notch tennis and pickleball courts, a pristine 18-hole executive golf course, on-site fitness room, marina, and two on-site dining facilities. This 1560 sq ft bright and comfy second floor unit is well-equipped with all new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and creature comforts for cooking and daily living. Enjoy morning coffee, brunch, or happy hour on the furnished screened-in lanai overlooking one of many fountains throughout the community. Located in the heart of Ft. Myers, the Landings is close to dining of all types, fuel, Costco/Publix/Walmart/Walgreens and other popular retailers. It's just a quick 10-minute drive to Ft. Myers beach or Sanibel Island, with Cape Coral right across the bridge. Lots of other fun activities, waterfront restaurants, and nearby areas to explore, as well as fabulous brunch cafes, seafood and Italian restaurants within walking distance. Love a great beach bar or live music? You'll find plenty of options within a short drive.
This is a perfect, safe community to get in that morning walk, join in numerous daily activities, or to watch beautiful sunsets over the river, without ever having to "leave campus!" There are multiple pools where you can relax with a good book, grill out, or even work remotely under the outdoor gazebo. The spacious master suite has lanai access and plenty of walk-in storage. The split layout provides privacy for the guest bedroom, with a shared Jack-and-Jill second full bath. The third space is a den/guest bedroom with a futon/pull-out bed and offers a functional printer/scanner for those needing to conduct business. Wifi, cable TV and streaming services provided in both bedrooms.
For security purposes, ALL renters must pay a mandatory $100 Application Fee, be approved by the Board of Directors, and pay a $300 Amenity Transfer Fee to take advantage of golf and dining amenities. Because of this process, 30 days advanced notice is required.
Florida law requires a non-refundable 6% hotel tax for all rentals less than 180 days.
