All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Our whole group loved the extra ice maker. You wouldn't think to put this on the list of must haves but when you have a 12+ group you can run out of ice quickly just using the fridge ice. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have stayed in. Plenty of towels, another plus. Quick walk to the beach. Everything we look for in a rental! Highly recommend

This house is great for large multi family gatherings. The layout is great with bedrooms upstairs and down. Having bathrooms in each bedroom was a plus.
This home has sooooo many outdoor amenities!! Corn hole, boogie board, surf boards, sand toys, multi beach chairs, sun umbrella and bikes.

This house was plenty big enough to accommodate my large family. Everyone felt at ease in their own space, and the kids' room was a blast for the cousins. We spent a lot of time rocking on the front porch in the evenings. My biggest issue with the house was the feeling of cleanliness. Crumbs and dirt from previous tenants gave us a negative vibe. We needed to purchase things like washcloths for the bathrooms and dish rags and towels to use while we were there. I also had to mop the floor with a broken mop we found in the top of a closet. It's that kind of thing that made our stay less than pleasant.

I loved that we had bedrooms for everyone. I loved that it was just a short walk to the beach. It was a very comfortable home.
