This townhome was perfect for our family of 6, including 2 toddlers, to stay while visiting Des Moines family Thanksgiving. The location was convenient to shopping as well as our relatives' homes. With the full kitchen, three well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms, it was such an upgrade from staying in a hotel.

Our family visited Waukee for a 4 day swim meet. The location was perfect with access to groceries shopping and restaurants. The house has plenty of space for ever to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies to make cooking easy. We will definitely be back.

The property was in a great location for us. Close to Family, Shopping, Restaurants. It was also in a very quiet Neighborhood.

12 day stay. The house was a great size, with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 in the lower level. We had our to children (7 & 3) stay in the full sized beds on the 2nd floor room. The master bedroom was a great size, along with a nice dual vanity for couples. The kitchen was a great size, along with a nice living room. The downstairs family room was a great area for the kids to play in or for me and my wife to exercise.The house was located very close to many restaurants, ice cream shops, a starbucks and very close to grocery stores nearby. Very close to parks as well for those with children.Communication with Tammy, the owner, was very good. She was very informative about the area and the check in/check out process was very easy. She even extended our checkout time duee to the circumstances which we appreciated.The only reason it was not given five stars were for a few house issues we only discovered upon arriving. The owner did disclose the issues and how they happened recently it's past renters. However, we do feel a few of the issues could have been taken care of prior to our arrival. Overall, we would highly recommend the house to any family looking to stay in the area for short or long amount of time.
