About this house rental

This property is the perfect getaway and is split into two levels. Upstairs is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with 3 king sized beds, a kitchen, living room and two dining areas. Downstairs you will find a huge open space with 10 beds, a living area, a shuffleboard table, foosball table, poker table, and a bar to sit and eat. We will be adding a third bathroom downstairs soon! The views from both decks are amazing and the waterfront is one of the best on the river. There are plenty of catfish right in front of the house. Don't forget to buy a loaf of bread to feed the ducks, which we have named "The Three Amigos". There are kayaks, tubes, a lily pad, a paddleboat, and fishing gear for you to enjoy. The house is located in a residential neighborhood and we ask that you respect the neighbors' right to peace and quiet. We ask that you bring no more than 6 vehicles and that they are parked in the garage, driveway, or overflow parking on the side of the house. Please do not park on the street or in the yard. (see picture of parking access) Quiet times are from 10:00 pm- 8:00 am. If you are outside after 10:00 pm please keep the noise level to a conversational level. No parties or events are allowed, if you are a rowdy group this is not the right home for you.

About this house rental

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cannot understand representatives. BED BUGS!!! They did not make right the accommodations. We had to pack up our family of 23, and leave In the middle of the night to search for a place to stay sin of town.

Our daughter graduated from TLU and this home perfectly accommodated our family of 14 as we celebrated her achievement. Everyone in our party had a comfortable place to sleep. Cooking was a breeze in the nicely equipped kitchen. Proximity to the river and access to fishing and kayaks gave everyone something fun to do in our downtime. This is the second time we rented and we highly recommend it to a large group.

Overall, my family and my friend’s families had a great stay in this house. The house was located in a great and quiet area beside Guadalupe River and was clean and equipped with everything you needed for adults and kids. About the owner of the house, I believe Daniel was very responsive to give the response in a timely manner. He also allowed us to check-in sooner this house on the day of receiving. My only comment and feedback: The house was advertised to have 4 bedrooms. The fourth bedroom on downstair was locked due to construction and we could not get into. The room had two queen beds and two bunks beds, which was sufficient for 8 people. One of my friends, who was supposed to join us the next day, made a decision to stay at home due to limitation in space and room. Except for that, everything else was great.

I love stayed here, we were 6 adults and 6 teen agers, plenty things to do, like fishing, swimming, kayaking or just playing boards games in the house. The grill and the kayak area may need a little of maintenance but nothing that will kelp me out to rent it again.
