About the house:
Welcome to Palm Rental House. The house is located in Indio city 10 minutes away from Coachella, 15 miles from Aqua Caliente distant. The house sleeps up to 12-14 guests, one floor and step free house. Consisting of 3 bedrooms; 4 queens, 2 full bathrooms; 2 stand-in showers. Has a playroom with ping pong table, and billiard table. There is a doorbell camera located in from of entrance.
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed (fits one mattress as well)
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds
• 2 full bathrooms
• Living room: L shape sofa, LG Smart TV, High-speed Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, daybed trundle with 2 twin mattresses, dining table with 8 chairs, central AC.
• Kitchen: Fully modern, 9ft island with 4 bar chairs, comes with fully stocked kitchen everything that you need to prepare meals for your group; wine glasses, margarita glasses, rice cooker, wine opener, cooking utensil set, silverware, tableware. Includes Keurig coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, hot water kettle
• Game room: ping pong table, billiard table
• Hallway: washer and dryer
In addition to the newly renovated modern interior, our house offers stunning resort-style backyard with:
- Heated saltwater pool/jacuzzi (heated jacuzzi time 3 hr. free; for additional time contact the host)
- 2 hanging basket chairs.
- Patio with 2 rocking chairs, small table and a sofa.
- Outdoor lounge chair set of 2.
- BBQ mangal.
- Outdoor dining table with 8 chairs.
Guest access:
The entire property, including the private backyard, pool, and jacuzzi, will be available to guests alone. Up to 2 vehicles may park for free in the driveway, and there are also 2 street spaces available.
Other things to note:
1. We charge a small fee to heat the spa or pool in addition to the cost of the gas or energy (seasonal rates apply)
2. The pool serviced/cleaned every Tuesday and Thursday 11am-12pm and they let themselves in through the side gate.
3. PETS: we welcome small, well-behaved, potty-trained pets for a flat rate of $150 per night.
4. The property is suitable for children under supervision.
5. No sounds that may increase noise may be heard beyond the property line, including music, singing, dogs, kids, or other activities. We all do our part to be good neighbors since we have neighbors all around us. Please be mindful of the loudness and of our neighbors.
6. No smoking or vaping indoors under any circumstances.
7. There are 2 security Cameras: one at the front door, one at the side gate.
