This was our 2nd year renting the Olivia property and we cannot say enough good things! It is the perfect rental. Close to everything Naples has to offer. So spacious, beautiful and inviting. Wonderful location in a gorgeous community. Immaculately clean and organized and has every single thing a renter would need. The owners have gone to great lengths to make this home so welcoming. It is a gem of a rental where you can truly relax and unwind. We have been renters in Fla for well over a decade so we have lots to compare to and can honestly say that this was our favorite! we highly, highly recommend the Olivia property!! PS - Kudos to Realty Group of SWFL. They are so awesome to work with. Fabulous team and always so responsive. They make everything so easy!

My husband and I have been renting at various homes in The Vineyards for more than a decade, so we consider ourselves experience renters. This was our first trip back since the pandemic started in 2020. It was so nice to be back in Naples. The property is in a beautiful development with access to so many wonderful places of interest (shopping, dining, beaches, nature preserves etc.).
The home is in excellent condition and is extremely spacious and neat. There was so much living space, and the pool/spa/lanai area was especially inviting. Plenty of storage space as well and I can't think of a single thing we needed that wasn't already provided. The owners seemed to take special care to make sure it was a wonderful, relaxing time. I must also commend the rental company, Realty Group SWFL, particularly Carlina. They made the process so easy start to finish and I can't think of any time we weren't able to get a hold of them. They were so responsive to any questions that we had. The check-in, check-out process was a breeze too. It was in all honesty a most excellent experience!
