The space:
• 1,443 Sqft, Central AC
• Screened Pool and Patio area
• Free Parking, up to 5 cars
• Dining Table up tp 6 chairs
• Breakfast nook up to 4 seats
• Roku TV's in Every Room
• NEW Washer and Dryer (in-house)
• Fresh Towels and Linens provided
• Hair Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board
• Stainless Steel Kitchen Appliances
• Unique Door Code for Each Guest Stay
• FREE Live YouTubeTv
• Free WiFi
• Pets are welcome, limit 2 dogs. No size or breed limit. $40 per pet per stay.
• There will be an extra charge of $25 per day and needs advance notice to heat the pool.
• Pool is cleaned once a week. The pool maintenance person will visit the property once a week between the days of Friday-Sunday without previous notice but won't bother anyone.
• We do not provide grilling facilities on the property, for safety reasons.
Neighborhood is secluded from main road, very quiet and safe.

Great location and well-stocked house. Host was very gracious. While we spent most of our 80 days on the golf course, coming “home” was a pleasure. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was in a good location and the drive to the parks wasn’t far at all. When we had questions or concerns host was quick to respond back. Only thing was we did travel with our 2 dogs and even though the listing says that there are no size or breed restriction they will charge you extra if you have large breed dogs. We got charged an additional $40 per dog after our stay.

Everything was lovely at this home. It was a perfect location for us to volunteer at Give Kids the World while also being able to reach all of Orlando's entertainment options. Home was perfectly comfortable and clean. One of the best appointed houses we have stayed in. The pool was wonderful, warm and refreshing at the end of busy days. Host was wonderful to work with and we highly recommend.
