The space
Open concept home with plenty of room and relaxing furnishings. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and black out curtains for a good night's sleep. Cook fantastic meals with a fully stocked kitchen with all the glasses, plates, Pots and pans and utensils you will need, There is a spice rack for you to use. And clean-up is a breeze with the dishwasher so you can get back to having fun. Screened in newly refinished in-ground pool with handrail on stairs ease of access. There are lounge chairs to relax by the Pool and enjoy the sun all afternoon, go for a swim to cool off, Enjoy the water view with a lot of local animals that call it home.
Come back from a busy day at the theme parks or shopping to relax by the pool and enjoy the sun set.
There is a patio table and chairs for out door eating. Outdoor place settings and glasses to use. Our Guests have full access to the house, garage, patio, pool and yard.
Other things to note
Welcome to our rental home. Please treat everything within our property as if it were your own. We want it notated that all guests brought in beyond the amount that have been booked and confirmed on the reservation and who intend to stay overnight will be charged an additional fee of $25 per night per person. We look forward to having you and hope you enjoy your stay!

My wife and I stayed for 17 nights in March. Check-in was very easy and we were very happy with cleanliness of property. We were happily surprised how fully equipped the kitchen was. Everything we needed for a ong stay was provided. We also loved the pool which was heated to very comfortable temperature. All in all, we had a great stay with all the support from our host we needed. Thanks!

I recommend this spacious home for your stay. Kim was a very attentive welcoming host. The home was comfortable and clean. The bed’s were super comfy and the black out curtains were an added bonus …. we slept very well . The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We are coffee drinkers so it was nice to see a regular coffee pot as opposed to a single cup machine. Side note : The living room TV is “going out” once turned on it takes a bit to be able to see the picture clearly. The other TV’s are perfect. We would definitely stay here again ! Thank you Kim.
