About this villa rental
Modern and bright single-storey villa, ideal for a relaxing holiday in the Algarve, suitable for 6-8 adults and 2 children. Also very popular with couples. Private mosaic swimming pool of 12 m, heated mid-April/mid-October. Large lawn and garden with trees, fountain perfumed by jasmine, olive/fruit trees, shaded area under the lemon tree for reading/children's games. Atypical petanque court for sunset aperitifs. House not suitable for festive groups, neighbours nearby.
✨ A spacious and refined interior:
The villa comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 adults and 2 children, with the possibility of adding two cots and two high chairs. Each bedroom is en-suite, with its own bathroom and direct access to the garden.
- The master bedroom has an office with a view of the pool and a bathroom with bathtub, perfect for combining relaxation and teleworking.
- The renovated family room combines a queen size bed and 2 modular single beds, ideal for families or as a children's room.
- A cosy and charming double bedroom (queen size bed, exit to the garden, private shower room) is accessible from the living room.
- The independent garden room, with double air conditioning (hot/cold) and mini wall board to accommodate reduced work equipment, seduces with its intimate, calm and green atmosphere.
🔥 Warm atmosphere all year round:
Well insulated and naturally ventilated, the house remains pleasant even without air conditioning. In winter, the gas central heating and the wood cassette create a soft and cosy atmosphere. By the fire, it is the perfect place to share a drink, read or play with the family, with the wood provided to prolong these warm moments.
📺 Relaxation and leisure areas:
The mezzanine, the only floor of the house, offers a television with a wide range of international channels, a desk whose perched location is appreciated, a comfortable sofa and a shelf of games for children.
The large kitchen open to the living room with its central marble island, invites you to cook and share meals/convivial moments.
The scullery completes the equipment with additional crockery, washing machine and dryer.

🚫 Please note:
Although on one level, the house has steps and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is not suitable for groups wishing to organize parties, as neighbors live in the immediate vicinity all year round.
Passenger access:
Guests have access to the entire villa, garden and private pool, with all outdoor areas exclusively reserved for guests to enjoy in complete privacy.
✈️ Access from airports
The house is located about 80 km from Faro airport (1 hour by car), 3 hours from Lisbon and a little less than 3 hours from Seville. We can advise you on reliable and honest car rental companies. It is also possible to come by taxi or Uber.
🚗 Getting around
Although having a car is recommended to explore the area, the beach can be reached on foot in 20 minutes (a little longer return because it is uphill) or in 2 minutes by car. Palmares golf course is 5-6 minutes away, and the centre of Lagos is 7-8 minutes away by car. On foot, the road to Lagos is not ideal as it is dangerous for pedestrians.
🌊 Alternatives to Lagos
From the beach, you have several options: a magnificent one-hour ride on the wooden pontoons along the coast, a direct bus to the center, or a train that drops you off at the Marina (1 stop).
🚲 Other means of transport
If you don't have a car, you can use Uber or rent a bike for your commute.

The villa is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac street, with little traffic. Cars can easily park on the street, and two spaces are available in the inner courtyard of the house.

As owners attached to this family home, we are very responsive with travelers who show interest in our villa.
Four to five days before your arrival, the person in charge on site will contact you to organize the reception and share essential information. He or she will remain your privileged contact throughout the stay.
