About this villa rental
Villa da Vida with stunning ocean views, 6 bedrooms, sleeps 12, 350 meters from the ocean, swimming pool,
rooftop bar, BBQ area, bar with kitchen, outdoor shower and restroom.
This breathtaking and charming Portuguese villa (395 m²) is superbly located and offers stunning views of the sea, Meia Praia Beach, and the long sandy bay of Lagos (4.5 km long). Villa da Vida was completely renovated in 2023.
It is located in a very quiet area, 350 m from the beach, 2 km from the Lagos marina, and 3.5 km from downtown Lagos.
With this ocean view, you’ll immediately feel like you’re on vacation and can enjoy maximum comfort. The house is 395 m² and spans three levels.
On the first floor, you’ll find a large living room with air conditioning, a large dining table, a spacious Portuguese-style kitchen with a long kitchen table, fully equipped (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, wine glasses, etc.), a relaxation area with a heated saltwater pool, a pool table, satellite/cable TV, a fireplace, a guest restroom, 1 bedroom with an en suite bathroom,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
On the first floor, there are 4 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and on the top floor is the rooftop bar.
All bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning and blackout curtains.
Outside on the first floor, you’ll find: a private saltwater pool (12 x 6 m) with sun loungers, a terrace with a large dining table, a lounge area, a small annex with a separate bar, kitchen, and guest restroom, as well as a BBQ area and an outdoor shower.
At the very top, there is a rooftop bar at your disposal. The view from up there is simply breathtaking.
You can see the entire stretch of coastline from Alvor to Lagos.
Upon request, we can provide a high chair, a crib, and a playpen for a fee.

Access is granted via key handoff from the rental company.
From June 1 through September 30, we only accept rentals for a minimum of one week, e.g., from Saturday to Saturday.
Pets are generally not permitted. Exceptions may be made upon request.
Events are not permitted.
Under Portuguese law, barking dogs and loud music are considered noise that, according to applicable regulations, neighbors are generally prohibited from making between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Early check-in is available upon request for an additional fee.
Upon request, a cook can be provided at cost.
For example, to prepare breakfast in the morning or lunch or dinner as desired.
Grocery shopping at the supermarket is also handled.
Additional fees:
A flat fee of €255.00 is charged for each stay, covering cleaning of the accommodation (Clean & Safe against COVID-19), the provision of bed linens and towels, and soap.
Please note: Beach towels are not included in the price.
1 € / day / person: The local tax is 1 € per person per day, except for children under 13 years of age.

This home is huge and has been perfect for our family/friends reunion! Great location with an incredible view of the beach!Silk, the owner, was very responsive to all our demands and communication was prestine!We definitely recommend this rental to anyone who wants to visit Lagos.

We stayed in this villa as a family of 12 and had the BEST TIME! It was spacious, well decorated and homely.
Silke was a great host, good communication before we arrived and was available if any problems during our stay.
The pool was cleaned during our stay and there were inflatables for us to use. Towels were changed during our stay too.
5 minute walk to the beach and 45 minute walk to the Marina, this villa was in a great location. Ubers were readily available too. The supermarket was a 45 minute walk or 5 minute Uber away.
A few repairs are needed but otherwise the villa is perfect! Would recommend staying here.

Silke was the perfect hostess, her communication was great throughout and she could not have done more. The villa is in a fantastic location and full of facilities . Lagos is a lovely place to explore and the wide and sandy Meia Praia right on your doorstep . 10/10

We absolutely loved this villa for a holiday with several families including children from 5-13. We could have spent all day by the pool or relaxing in one of many well-thought out spaces from the rooftop bar to the outdoor lounge area. There was a shaded bar and dining area beside the pool and with a built-in barbeque - perfect for large family lunches and dinners. The rooms inside were all clean and spacious, three bedrooms have sea views. The kitchen is well equipped and there are two large indoor dining tables and plenty of indoor space to relax including the games room. Meia Praia beach is just a short walk away - it is wide and sandy, great for kids, and you are not far from the beautiful beaches around Lagos as well. The agent was very helpful and responsive before and during the stay and there were several thoughtful details - for example she had inflated pool toys for us as she knew we had children coming. We would definitely stay again when we can!
