Just four miles to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and a 20 minute drive to Stone Mountain State Park, minutes to the New River State Park, & close to multiple vineyards! This newly renovated and updated 3 BR, 2 BA Townhome has plenty of character and charm. Lots of natural light with four French doors to the deck overlooking the Blueridge Mountains.
The main floor features an open concept Living, Dining and Kitchen area, with a fully remodeled and well stocked kitchen featuring brand-new appliances. You'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a double. Both remodeled baths are accessible from a bedroom, as well as one with entry from the hall.
Downstairs has an additional sleeping area with a twin over full sized bunk bed. This area is ideal for a cute kids playroom including games, puzzles, and movies.
The living room contains a gas log fireplace and wet bar as well as a 55 inch TV with streaming capabilities for your relaxing or romantic evenings while on vacation.
Amenities include a one-car garage (EV friendly for fast charging), high speed internet, and washer and dryer. All linens, bedding, mattress, and pillows are new, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Roaring Gap is tucked into the foothills of the 600-foot Stone Mountain, North Carolina’s gateway to the Blue Ridge Mountains. This lovely Townhome has easy access to three golf and country clubs: Roaring Gap Club, Old Beau Golf Club, and High Meadows Country Club.

What a perfect stay! Paul was very responsive and helpful. The townhome is clean and has all your needs and then some in case you forgot something. 2 queen beds on main floor, and bunk and laundry on lower floor. Perched on top of the hill overlooking the entrance ponds of Old Beau. Great deck with rocking chairs. Great little yard area that has enclosure. Very comfortable, and great location especially if you’re visiting Old Beau, High Meadows, or Roaring Gap Club. Thanks Paul! We will for sure book again!
