The best location in Breckenridge! Bright two bedroom condo (second bedroom is a loft) offers the best of both worlds with easy access to the ski resort and downtown.. Walk to the Snowflake lift in the winter time. Main Street is just a short five minute walk away. Relax in the shared hot tub nestled among the pines in the backyard. Sleeps six. We are pleased to supply our guests with a variety of essentials to elevate the comfort and value of our home. The property comes stocked with a generous supply of paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, air freshener, daily shower cleaner, designated make up towels), kitchen products (a variety of cleaning supplies, sponges, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags), and complimentary locally roasted coffee.
1 bedroom plus open loft / 2 bathroom well maintained condo with private balcony and large shared hot tub.
The condo sleeps up to six guests. There is a queen size bed in the main level bedroom, two twin beds in the second-level loft with ensuite bathroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook meals that can be enjoyed together in the dining area that seats six.
Wildwood Suites is located in a quiet cul de sac, with easy access to Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Snowflake Lift is a five minute walk away, or the free shuttle picks up a half-block from the front of the building. Ski back from Peaks 8 or 9 via Four O'Clock Run (ranked as easy terrain). End your day with a refreshing soak in the hot tub nestled among the pines in the backyard.
In addition, Main Street is also a short five minute walk where you will find plenty of dining, shopping, and nightlife options.
During the summer and fall, several hiking and biking trails are accessible close by. There are picnic tables & charcoal grills located next to Sawmill Creek in the backyard of the complex for your enjoyment.
PETS - Up to two, well-behaved dogs are permitted with an additional fee. The fee is $25 per dog, per night. Please specify if you plan on bringing a pet so that the fees may be adjusted accordingly.
PARKING - There is parking for ONE vehicle only. Permit is required and will be issued upon check-in.

There were no reviews when we booked so we took a chance.
Ashley was great to work with and did allow a later check out which we greatly appreciated with two college students.
The place was super clean we arrived. We brought our two small non shedding dogs. I am actually allergic to dogs so dread staying in pet friendly places. I loved that sheets were provided to drape over furniture I have never seen that and thought it was great. The carpet is very light so bring something to wipe paws off if you plan on hiking which there is a trail right across the parking lot.
Our dogs share a kennel so it is mid size and we couldn't fit it in the queen bedroom. We put it on the living room.
Watch tall people by the stairs. My son who is 6'3 hit his head twice going to the table. We finally pulled it out quite a bit (go in on the tv side we put our kennel there).
The area is super quiet even though the unit faces the street side itv is a cul de sac with little traffic.
The host provides starter coffee which I love when I find this. I appreciate but having to go to the grocery store the minute I arrive for the next morning. Also provided starter shampoos and lotion (much needed in Breck) as well as laundry pods.
There were games and we loved even pens so we could keep our yateez scores.
TV had cable on both tvs.
The only negatives which are not the hosts fault was the hot tub cover was torn
And in 3 pieces and super heavy. It took 3 of us to remove and put back.
