AMENITIES – The spacious living area is the perfect place to gather with two sleeper sofas, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV with DVD player and an iPod dock. The fully-equipped kitchen has plenty of space for preparing meals for your group. Enjoy your meals together in the beautiful dining area next to the kitchen. Both of the bedrooms offer private baths and plenty of space and privacy. You can take in the picturesque views from the balcony while relaxing on the patio chairs. After a big day of skiing, soak in the on-site outdoor hot tubs or take a short walk to the Upper Village Common area outdoor heated pool and hot tubs (Seasonal, off-site). The Upper Village pool will be closed seasonally for maintenance in the Spring & Fall - Check with our sales team for exact closure dates.

We came to Breckenridge to enjoy the fall colors. The condo that we stayed in was very well equipped. Lots of supplies in the kitchen. We took many drives around the area and enjoyed the scenery immensely. The condo was within walking distance of the downtown and we also didn't have any trouble finding parking downtown when we decided to do that. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Here for skiing. Walking distance to shuttle stop, dining and shopping. The only thing I'd change is to allow more than 1 vehicle parking.

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. This condo was perfect for our stay - the location is great (very close walking to shops/restaurants as well as lifts and bus) and the condo was beautifully appointed with everything we needed. Would highly recommend.
