About this cottage rental
Two CHARMING circa 1925 lakefront cottages ~ ideal for two families seeking separate, but close proximity.
Set off the road, with 130' of lakefront and private parking area & spacious yard, the two cottages are attached by a common deck with outdoor dining and gas grill. The cottages are set high on a bluff overlooking the lake, allowing for extraordinary birds-eye views! Both cottages have window AC units in the bedrooms.
The North Cottage provides 4 Bedrooms, One Full updated Bath, a "sleeping porch", an updated kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, a large wrap around porch and exterior laundry room.
The South Cottage provides 3 Bedrooms, a pull-out couch in the main living room for extra sleeping arrangements, One Full updated Bath, updated kitchen, dining and living areas, and a lovely porch taking in the BEST views on the lake!
This lovely property invites you to kick off your shoes, settle in, and relax in the bliss of summer on our beautiful Lake! Swim and fish from the dock, bring your boat (up to 22'). There are kayaks & Stand-up Paddleboards for your use.
*Please use caution and accompany children down the stairs to the lake. They are sturdy, but steep.
*There are stairs from the parking area to the cottages, from the cottages to the lake, and inside of each cottage.
*We recommend all guests bring water shoes as our lake has zebra mussels with sharp shells.
*Life vests are provided and must be worn or attached to all personal watercraft when in use.
*This property has outdoor cameras on the telephone pole in the front yard. There are no cameras indoors.
Located just 7 miles to the village of Cooperstown, (10 minute drive) 12 miles from Dreams Park (20 minute drive), and 28 miles (40 minutes drive) to All Star Village.

Went up for a weekend in the summer with a group of friends. Houses are a short drive from the main drag in Cooperstown, but the lake and amenities are so nice you might not want to leave them! Great stay for any group that wants a quiet and fun spot to unwind.

This property is everything I want vacation to be! The cottages are decorated so cute, clean and well stocked. The beds are comfy and the AC window units keep the bedrooms cool at night. Having two cottages with the shared deck allows for privacy. The shared deck allow for grilling and chillin. The views of the lake are top notch! We used the stand up paddle boards and were pleasantly surprised at the lack of speeding motor craft on the lake. When I say I say I want the lake life, I want this lake life! This location is close to downtown shopping, Baseball Hall of Fame and Double Day field. I highly recommend this property and hope to visit again! The property owner were fabulous to work with!

Two beautiful cabins with direct lake access. The property is true to description. Location is perfect! Loved waking up with the rising sun over the lake
George is a great and responsive host. He’s a cooperstown native and had great recommendations for places to go and things to see. Will definitely stay again
