This South Padre Island condo offers dazzling views of both the gulf and the ocean! Spend your days on the sand and by the surf, or in the turquoise water of pool. As a guest of the Sapphire Condominiums, you'll have shared access to not only a pool, but also a hot tub, sauna, and fitness center.

With 11 miles of your stay, be sure to check out Beach Park at Isla Blanca, the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center, and South Padre Island Golf Club.

Inside the air-conditioned interior of your retreat, continue to enjoy ocean views. The comfortable living room boasts an oversized sofa, a large TV, and effortless balcony access. Steps away, the full kitchen radiantly gleams with its stainless steel appliances, center island, and breakfast bar.

Your own oasis, the primary bedroom has private balcony access, a TV, and a marble-lined en suite bathroom. After days spent in the sun, you will adore rinsing off in the bubbling soaking tub or in the walk-in shower. The condo's additional rooms are also adorned in nautical-themed decorations, TVs, and high-quality linens. Additional perks include a Pack-N-Play, a private washer/dryer, board games, and internet access.

Things to Know
Upon arrival, Guests who made the reservation must present a valid ID at the front desk. They must be accompanied by only members of their immediate family. For purposes of renting during these times, “family” is defined to include only members within the first degree of consanguinity or affinity (e.g., parents, grandparents (including in-laws), and children). (Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.) No two families can share one condo. The front desk will NOT allow check-in if the renters do not meet these requirements.
GUESTS: No guests are permitted to Renters. Primary guests must be at least 25 years old year-round. Wristbands are required to be worn at all times. A resort Fee of $15/day will be charged to renters, fees are capped at $150 per 30-day period.

RULES for Spring Break and Holy Week: OCCUPANCY: The Primary Renter must be 30 years of age or older, as verified by a government-issued ID, and accompanied by only members of their immediate family. Once keys have been issued, you will NOT be able to switch, remove, and/or add any names from the sign-in sheet.

All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.

NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful, clean condo with amazing views and easy access to the beach and bars/restaurants. In addition, the condo provided sand toys, games and books which helped keep our grandchildren occupied & happy. We were very pleased with the quick and easy check-in and out process along with the great communication with Vacasa/Owner. All of our questions were answered in a quick and positive manner. Lastly, the only reason why we didn't rate this stay a 5 is because we did not have access to the Master Bedroom closet which was very inconvenient.

Everything was perfect with my stay at The Sapphire Condominiums on South Padre Island. Clean, very comfortable beds, new furniture in the living area with lazy boy type of couches that allowed you to stretch out, outstanding view of the Ocean and pool resort area, extrememly and efficient check in and excellent communication with Vacasa Rental Management. We will stay again in the future at Sapphire Condominiums... the Luxury of all Condos on South Padre Island.

Overall we really liked staying at the Sapphire condominiums. Easy drop-off entrance for unloading luggage, location to beach is super convenient and property was clean. Having an on-site gym was nice to have for a quick workout.Pros - The pool is beautiful and maintained. It’s not cold so be prepared for lukewarm water. Poolside chairs are clean and maintained as well. The unit has 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bath near guest rooms has 2 vanities which is nice for our kids. Master bath has a tub which we liked. There were beach toys and boogie boards in laundry closet that we could use. Enjoyed blow dryers in both bathrooms. The layout of unit works well for families and comfortable furnishings. Downsides - the pool bar was never open. Gym equipment was a little worn-out and could be updated. The washer has mold on inside door. Tap water taste bad, possibly a Reverse Osmosis System below sink could help. Master shower door has mold on bottom trim. Master bedroom doesn’t have a closet, not huge problem but we would’ve liked to hang dresses and shirts. The A/C unit wasn’t working properly even though it had been replaced 3 days prior. We contacted Vacasa and they sent a local repairman somewhat quickly. Unfortunately he finished repairs close to 10pm and we were all exhausted ready for bed. Communication with the front desk staff could’ve been a little better. Front desk told us upon our unit was ready but needed to wait for Vacasa to issue us keys.
