Everything with the owner was excellent. Great communication and details. However, the security service to obtain access to the room spoke only Spanish. We had trouble obtaining the beach gate code due to this and had to wait for another guard on duty to explain what we were asking for.

The beds were comfortable.The location was convenient for enjoying the beach.The price was reasonable.There were chairs and towels to use. The kitchenette was stocked well enough for a short stay.The host communicated Unfortunately, the room has a lot of deferred maintenance. The floor had a large gap in the main traffic area. The walls were in rough condition. There were noticeable gaps in the bathroom with sandy material around it. I killed a few cockroaches that came out of those.The ventilation really needs a cleaning. The vents were noticeable dirty.It's a cheaper option on Miami Beach and I understand why.
