This is our 2nd year at this location, and it was perfect.

Writing a review for this property is not an easy task. Usually I would start with the positives, however everything was better than positive – it was perfect, so I don’t know where to start! So, I will start at the beginning! This was our first time renting a unit for 2 months. We had rented dozens of times around the world, but never for more than 1 week, so if the place wasn’t that great, it was no big deal. This time, it was a BIG DEAL. Communications from the start of the process to the day we left was better than 100%. Florangel responded to every message and question quickly, and there were plenty of questions. Finding the building and the parking spot was easy. Access to the building and the apartment was simple. The building amenities were wonderful, and the laundry machines were easy to use, and very efficient – towels and clothing really do need only one dry cycle. We were a bit disappointed that the pool heater wasn’t working, but, that is what the beach is for. The people we met in the building were kind, friendly, and always have a “good morning” or “have a nice day” to say. The building is very well maintained at all times. The apartment is nothing short of PERFECT! This is the apartment I would purchase as a retirement property. The gourmet kitchen, has new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz counter top with a waterfall on the peninsula. There were spices, food wrap, hot beverages, and more. This huge 11th floor apartment is immaculately clean with lots of light and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The pool is nice, on the bay with some dolphin viewing. Great for a couple. We each have our own bathroom! Florangel, our host is super friendly and helpful but didn't tell us that the whole building is under renovation, so we had to deal with a lot of construction noise. She did compensate us a bit. Also, the old elevator slammed closed. The new 2nd elevator still wasn't ready by the time we left.
