Stay close to home and enjoy easy access to the golf course, ski slope views, and soaring ceilings. In warm weather, walk to the popular Bayview Trail, the Sleeping Bear Dunes Heritage Trail, and the Homestead golf course's first tee. In the winter, this course transforms into groomed, cross-country trails, so don't forget your skis! This property is also conveniently close to several other attractions including the community's beach access, complimentary tennis and pickleball courts, the Village at the Homestead for shopping and dining, the Sleeping Bear Point Coast Guard Station Maritime Museum, and the Robert H. Manning Memorial Lighthouse, all within a few miles of your door.
Back home, whip up your favorite recipes in one of three well-equipped, full kitchens. Dine at the many tables - perfect for rainy day board games - and then settle into the living areas for afternoon reads, socializing, or movie nights. Furnished, all-season sunrooms offer additional space for spending time together while enjoying the forest view. In warm weather, take advantage of the furnished patios for alfresco dining. For sleeping options, take your pick from six comfortable bedrooms including four with plush king-size beds.

This was a fantastic place to stay with our kids and share with family. In all we had 7 adults and 3 small children. Everyone felt like they had their own private room/space as well as open living rooms, kitchens, sunrooms for us all to gather. The place was clean and is obviously well cared for.
This listing is the entire house of a place that is also split into 3 apartments, each with living room, kitchen, sunroom and patios. It’s a 1BR, 2 BR, and 3 BR apartments added together for the whole house.
I had a small issue with getting the keys from the lockbox at check in, and calling vacasa I got taken care of quickly with corrected lock box codes.

The common space including the porch was more than sufficient for our group. The 2 kitchens that were available contained all the necessities with the exception of the lower level coffee maker which would not drip unless the carafe was lifted up. The place was clean, except for the outdoor space and there were no cushions fo 4 of the chairs. The Punic tables need to be replaced. The home was very tired and needs to be updated as does the rear deck. The listing showed 6 bedrooms, only 5 were open. The lock boxes did not initially work. We had to contact staff to get in.
