We stayed at this property with my family and while the house itself was clean and comfortable, we were disappointed with a few aspects that did not align with the listing. First, the backyard grass and weeds were knee-high, and numerous green seeds got stuck in our dog’s paws, making it difficult for him to enjoy the space. Additionally, while there was a coffee maker, we were surprised to find that there was no coffee, creamer, sugar, or any of the usual basics provided. This was a bit of an inconvenience. Similarly, while there was a grill available, it was missing essential items like grilling utensils and charcoal, which would’ve made cooking outside much easier. Finally, the front door area lacked any lighting, which made it difficult to see and navigate when returning in the evening. As a fellow VRBO owner, I expect more attention to these details. At my property, I make sure to provide all the necessities to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for guests. It’s those little touches that really make a difference, and unfortunately, this property fell short in that regard.

We enjoyed staying at this property. We came to enjoy Christmas in the st Augustine area and for not being right downtown it was a great location and short drive over. Neighborhood was quiet and house was clean. We would stay here again. I would just suggest to have some sort of lighting our front of the house. The one that is there is very very dim and at night you cannot see anything as there are not street lights either. But with staying in an unfamiliar place it would just be nice to have some lighting out there at night for when you arrive back after dark. I would also suggest maybe a bigger couch for the main common area. With having 5 adults in our party some had to sit at the dining room table chairs or on the floor.

My family came to experience the Christmas magic St. Augustine has to offer , and this house was the perfect place for our stay! We were close to downtown st. Augustine, while still being away from the chaos. We enjoyed the shopping centers close by

The house worked out perfectly for our trip. It allowed us to take a break during the day and still be close enough to go back out without it being inconvenient. Only issue I will talk about is the house only having one bathroom for 5 people. But seriously other then that it was absolutely perfect.
