This property places you in one of Mexico City's most sought-after areas, with international cuisine, bars, and terraces within walking distance, plus excellent public transport access to Estadio Azteca. - A kitchen well-equipped to prepare any meal of the day, if you wish, and the important extras included, like a coffee maker for your morning kickstart and a blender for your afternoon mixers.
- For enjoying a sit-down meal, the stylish dining table can accommodate 8 comfortably.
- The property has a water filter installed, making it safe to drink from the small tab in the sink.

Guest Access:
Although self-check-in is available, all adult guests must provide a copy of their ID before arrival, to be granted access to the property on the day of check-in. All guests and visitors must be registered with their IDs at least 24 hours before check-in.

La Roma is a vibrant and trendy neighborhood located in the heart of Mexico City. It’s part of the Cuauhtémoc borough and is known for its bohemian atmosphere, tree-lined streets, beautiful architecture, and a wide range of cultural and gastronomic offerings. La Roma has a rich history, dating back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries when it was developed as an upscale residential area for the city's elite. Within a short walk, you can also enjoy arts, culture, parks, museums, shopping, and nightlife.
Getting Around:
The property is approximately 11 km to/from the Aeropuerto Internacional Benito Juarez (MEX).
Some options for transportation are:
- Taxi: Look for the authorized taxi stands inside the airport terminal. These taxis are safe and regulated. Ensure you agree on the fare with the driver before starting the journey. It's generally a good idea to have some local currency (Mexican Pesos) on hand to pay for the taxi ride.
- Private Car Service: Many private car services and rideshare companies operate in Mexico City. You can book a ride in advance using apps like Uber or Didi Chuxing.

- Failure to send the IDs will result in denied access to the building.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed. Visitors must provide their ID one day in advance, or building security will deny them access.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise will be tolerated.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved the balcony. The location was fantastic - restaurants, shopping, parks all nearby. The host was easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here. Just as advertised. The location was fantastic, right in Roma Norte on a quiet peaceful block. Easy to walk to Condesa, Chapultepec Park, Reforma and more. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive. Check in and out was a breeze and the building has 24 hr security. Would definitely recommend.
