It was in a great neighbourhood and clean. But the good vibe of the neighbourhood was not found inside. No natural light, noise from street was quiet but noise from inside block was non stop.
A spritzed up walk up with no natural light. One window went onto a light well. The other went directly into the elevator door or the garbage bins. Shower drains were blocked, smell of garbage bins, noise up the light well all night from either reception or other apartments. Would not stay here again no.
