Creating memories is made easy while experiencing the beauty of a city like Page and Lake Powell from the comfort of our vacation rental.Our home is an amazing property for you to enjoy a relaxing and quiet afternoon from fun-filled day-time activities in the sun.This home is ideal for families or group of friends that are traveling together.Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets,the peaceful quiet away from the hustle of daily life and make sure to take advantage of the “full-moon” nights and gaze at the amazing “star-show” late in the night.
This spacious 1,800 square foot retreat has four bedrooms,two bathrooms,dinning area and an outdoor pation and is newly remodeled and furnished.

Living Area is a perfect place to chill and unwind after a long day of adventure;has a smart tv,dinning table,sectional couch;
The kitchen has custom cabinetry,granite countertops,and is equipped with stainless steel appliances,electric range,microwave,fridge,coffee maker with a coffee bar,toaster,spices,dishware and flatware;
The Master bedroom contains a king size bed,sliding doors leading onto the patio and a 65” smart tv.Master bathroom has double vanities,a walk-in shower and jetted bathtub.Toiletries are provided.
Bedroom #2 has a king-size bed,sliding doors leading onto the patio and a smart tv;
Bedroom #3 has a king-size bed and a smart tv;
Bedroom #4 has two bunk beds(2 twins and 2 full),a smart tv and two bean bags;
The main bathroom has a large bathtub and toiletries;
The laundry-room has a washer and a dryer,extra towels,laundry supplies,ironing board and an iron;
The back-yard has a large patio,with outdoor seating,a propane grill and yard space for the kids to play.
There is potential for 10 or 12 guests.You will have the entire home and property to yourself.The home has a large driveway,two car garage(upon request).

This house has a great location and amenities. We loved being so close to Walmart but also feeling secluded. The giant bathtub was a huge plus, and it's so nice to have king sized beds for the adults as well as bunk beds for the kids.

Great host! She was very responsive and let us check in a few hours early
Very clean property
Nice and new furniture, towels, sheets, patio furniture
Lots of bath towels which was so nice
Backyard grill, fridge, washer and dryer were all really nice
King beds in three rooms was awesome
Large smart TVs in each room
CONS:
Water leaking in through sliding door all over floor from backyard, and door was very had to open
Lack of kitchen supplies, almost every drawer was empty No measuring cups, cookie sheet, lots of basics missing
House sleeps 10-12, but there were only utensils and dishes for 8
Stove was making weird noises
Dishwasher was not secured and would fall out when loading
Beds. Although the were great sizes, there was plastic covers on each bed. I provided the owner with some suggested mattress protectors on Amazon that don't make so much noise and aren't so uncomfortable. They were impossible to sleep on.
**DISCLAIMER: The hostess was awesome and super responsive. I did make her aware of all these cons and hopefully she will make the necessary improvements and changes to make her stay a 5 star rating. But I wanted to make future renters aware of what we found so they can address what I deemed as issues, ahead of time, if they find them to be issues as well. There is a lot of potential for this rental to be great!
