Spacious Home with private pickleball court, close to all Lake Powell activities

The property was very nice, location near Lake Powell was good, the rooms were spacious and the property was clean.

Great property! Great host!

The place was easy to access and served our needs, location-wise, quite well. We were, however, disappointed to find the indoor and outdoor spaces in need of minor repair and lots of cleaning. The beds, with the exception of the master, were worn out and uncomfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, etc but lacking in the practical utensil and cookware department. The listing also seemed a bit mis-leading—we weren’t expecting it to be located in a busy neighborhood— it appeared in the photos to be on a more secluded lot with no close neighbors. We very much enjoyed the size of the bathrooms, and the covered back porch was a nice space, if only we hadn’t had to clean it up in order to use it.
