The place is big. Plenty of space for a big group. The beds were very comfortable and when you are doing Disney World that is really the most important thing. I would stay here again just for that reason. That being said, the place could use some TLC. The bunkbeds were disassembled due to damage, the pots were warped, the dishwasher was broken, the washing machine beeped all day and night and there were no hooks in any of the bathrooms!!! That is a huge pet peeve for me personally. Just one rod for two towels in each bathroom. The furniture in the living room in in rough shape and in need of updating. My last complaint is that you are provided the bare minimum for your stay. I recommend you come prepared and don’t expect much. There are no games, we didn’t find a salad bowl, and if you want to use the bbq you have to pay. We were also not impressed with the water park, but to be fair it was cold while we were there and we all just wanted to be in the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was disgusting. Not well maintained or cleaned. My youngest ended up with a rash after going in. I would recommend just sticking to the pool at the unit. It’s clean and pleasantly warm. Wish I could be more positive, but this is an honest review. Talking to the management company was very easy and they were really nice. They were able to accommodate us and get us in two days early when our previous rental turned into a nightmare. And we were able to get a late check out on our last day.
