So I debated for a long time before writing this review. It was a tough one for me to be fair with. I *WANT* to give this property a good score..Overall this property is 100% "as advertised".. 3Bed, 2.5 bath 2 story with a full kitchen in a nice (albeit a little noisy for me) neighborhood. There were a couple little problems that during my check in walk around. I messaged the host to make them aware and she responded VERY quickly. Top marks! This place is quite literally 5 minutes from just about everything you could want. Publix, gas, restaurants, and MAYBE seven minutes to the eway.However, when you walk up, the front door and garage door look like there was a raid here recently. Creases in a steel door? Wow. Garage door that could easily be fixed (but not?) Those are easy things. But the beds? I have to 100% echo the other reviews. I've sleep in, on, and around armored vehicles when i was in the military and I will say emphatically that these beds are the most uncomfortable things I have ever slept on in my life. The windows in the front (main) bedroom have beautiful arches, but no blinds on the arch and a street light right outside to make sure you don't trip on anything in the dark.. because it will never GET dark.All things considered, I'd give this property a 7 today. Fix the easy things and this has potential to be a SOLID 10 with just a little love and effort.

Enjoyed the house and backyard. Kitchen fire extinguisher is completely discharged. Luckily, we didn't need it.
