Carnon, at the beginning of Avenue Grassion Cibrand, ideally located between the beach, the port, and its shops, charming 2-bedroom duplex apartment equipped for 5 people. It offers 37 sqm of living space and 46 sqm of usable space (attic floor). Pleasantly furnished, fully renovated, and air-conditioned, it is east-west facing and traverses the apartment.
On the ground floor, there is a living room with a sofa bed, a small kitchen open to a pleasant partially shaded patio. Upstairs, there is an attic suite with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), a bathroom, and a dressing area. The interior patio and a small terrace overlook a lane.
Free parking is available in the lane (in agreement with the neighbors).
