Villa of 100 m2, newly renovated, double glazing and air conditioning, with courtyard of 100 m2. All rooms are air-conditioned and the temperature can be adjusted independently in each room.
Villa sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with a bed of 2 people and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
Nice living room with sofa 3 seater leather, and 2 matching chairs.
Kitchen: washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker hood, coffee maker ...
Yard with awning for dining in the shade, outdoor table and 6 chairs, barbecue.
Rates 2018-2019:
From early October to late May: 500 € the week.
June: 700 € the week.
July - August: 1250 € the week.
September: 700 € the week.
Starting from October monthly rental possible (at 1100 euros per month from two months Reserved electricity extra).

Séjour familial très agréable dans cette location où nous avons plaisir à revenir depuis plusieurs années. Tres bien équipée et située près de la mer en toute sécurité pour les enfants. Excellent contact avec les propriétaires....
