Rest comfortably in either of the Two (2) queen beds in the bedrooms, or lay your feet up in the living room that is filled with tons of natural light and earthy tones. The renovated kitchen boasts new appliances and all of the cookware to prepare a wonderful meal! The dedicated office upstairs provides a quiet space to focus and knock out some work. 5 mins to Wrightsville Beach , 10 Mins to downtown

My sister and I stayed at Marissa’s place for a long weekend getaway. Can’t say enough about how comfortable the place is, located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. I would definitely stay there again. And I appreciate how well appointed and comfortable it is. Can’t say enough about it or her. It was a completely pleasant experience! Very highly recommend.

This house is very comfortable, spotless and close to everything! Also, Marissa was very responsive and accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book if you are with a group of 4 or less and want convenience as well as a quiet neighborhood. Very nice place!

We had a quick visit to the Wilmington area and this was my first VRBO booking. Everything was great. The property was excellent and location was wonderful. Highly recommended! Thank you.
