The Ording district features its own beach access and parking right on the beach. The beach is about a 5- to 7-minute drive or bike ride away (approximately 1.6 km).

On the first floor of the Summerdiek 7 semi-detached home, you’ll find a spacious, comfortably furnished living room with an open kitchen.
In the living room, a comfortable sofa set, high-quality TV and entertainment electronics, and an elegant wood-burning stove invite you to relax and enjoy your stay.
From there, you can access the southwest-facing terrace, paved with elegant black clinker bricks and furnished with chairs, a large table, and lounge furniture.
The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, induction cooktop, and microwave. The high-quality and extensive selection of dishes, silverware, and accessories leaves nothing to be desired.
Also located on the first floor is the first of the three bedrooms. It features a 180x200cm box-spring double bed, as well as a wardrobe, a dresser, and a swivel-mounted flat-screen TV.
The entryway features a mirror and a coat rack; additionally, there is a bathroom on the first floor with a toilet and a walk-in shower.
The upper floor offers two additional bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV. The first bedroom features a comfortable 180x200cm box-spring double bed, as well as a wardrobe and an elegant armchair.
From this bedroom, you can access the large bathroom, which features a sink, toilet, sauna, bathtub, and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a comfortable 180x200cm box-spring double bed and a dresser.
From there, you can access another bathroom, which is equipped with a sink, toilet, and walk-in shower. You’ll also find the in-house washer-dryer there.
The bathrooms are equipped with a makeup mirror and a hair dryer. An electronic towel warmer ensures that towels are preheated and dry quickly. Each half of the duplex also has a bathroom scale.
