Welcome to ThistleOaks House, your private country escape in the heart of Fredericksburg! Nestled on 3.5 serene acres covered in majestic Post Oak trees, this custom-built retreat offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury. Just a quick 10-minute drive from downtown, it’s close enough to explore the local wineries, boutiques, and eateries, yet secluded enough to provide ultimate relaxation.
Step through the inviting front porch, where rocking chairs welcome you to sit back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Inside, the open-concept living space boasts soaring vaulted ceilings with rich wood beams, a stunning stone gas fireplace, and cozy yet sophisticated furnishings. The oversized windows flood the space with natural light, offering beautiful views of the Texas Hill Country.

The photos don’t do this property justice. The location was secluded and beautiful. The pool was perfect and the layout of the home was perfect for our multi adult group. The only issues we had with check in/check out were minor. We received a note 3 hours prior to our 3pm check in that the house wouldn’t be ready until 4pm. Which made things a little difficult because we were already on the road to the location. For check out we were supposed to take out the trash but the bins outside were over filled from the previous stay so we had nowhere to put the bags. We informed the management company and they were flexible with us not taking the trash out. This property was beautiful and we would stay here again any time!

We had a great time and appreciated the quiet nature of the neighborhood. House was amazing wish the pool had night time lighting. All in all 10/10.
