Our family stayed in the property for some 70 days while our kids attended one term in a nearby high school. Location is very good, 5 min walk to Pittwater High School, 10 min walk from Mona Vale beach and a couple of minutes drive to Mona Vale center. The house is great, very spacious. Living room, dining room and kitchen get a lot of sunlight, which we value a lot. Everything super well equiped. As we stay for a longer period, we interacted with Annie quite a few times and she was great in every single interaction, be it to solve problems (such as a broken vacuum cleaner) or to help us understand how to handle the trash collection (a science in Mona Vale :-). We had a wonderful time in Mona Vale and at the property. Kids will remember forever. The only negative point is that there is a busy avenue nearby and you can hear the sound of the avenue early morning in the main bedroom. Not exaclty a problem with the house, but something it took a couple of days for us to adjust. Overall, it was a great stay and I highly recommmend it!

We needed a place while we were in between settlement of houses. It was so good being able to cook and feel comfortable after such a stressful time. The kitchen had everything! Hassle-free, fantastic communication. While we are locals, we can see why it would be a popular holiday house. Highly recommended!
