About this cottage rental

Beautiful 5 bedrm 3.5 bath Cottage. A minutes walk to the community’s outdoor pools and hot tubs, gym, playgrounds and the beach! Take full advantage of the surroundings and sunshine. Wake up and enjoy your coffee or take a morning stroll through landscaped grounds. Explore one of many local wineries, golf courses and Area 27 less than 15 mins away. Spend your days soaking up the sunshine down at the resorts sandy beach. The B-Hive cottage has something for everyone!
Base rate includes 6 ppl- additional guests are 35.00 a night. Long term rentals Oct - April. Hot tub open year round pools open Early May to late September 7 night min July and August long weekend

The cottage is spacious, clean, and well equipped.

Perfect spot for a family vacation. Lots of room and close to the pool and beach. Grounds and amenities were well kept and clean. This spacious unit for 8 adults and three children (2 years to 7) was in excellent condition with comfortable furniture and beds.

Comfortable, well equipped, great location, lots to do for family members. But, the front door failed to open on the 5th day and all our contact info was locked inside the house and email to VRBO was slow to respond. Got help from the General Manager (correct title?) who gave me the property manager’s contact info who got us back in. However we were never able to lock the back door when we were going out.

The house is fantastic, the owners are great to communicate with. The community was perfect for our summer Vacation.
