About this house rental
Beautiful and clean home for your next getaway! Relax and enjoy the view and privacy with all conveniences of being close to town. Same great La Marina, new updated listing. La Marina has been a vacation rental since 2012, with over 30 positive reviews (see photos for screenshots of reviews).
We invite you to come and enjoy our spacious and beautiful lakefront rental house for your next vacation. Take advantage of our onsite marina (at no extra charge) and make use of the large dock space by fishing, boating, swimming or just soaking up the sun.
La Marina is a full house, not a cabin or cottage and is HANDICAP and DOG friendly. There are 3 main bedrooms and an optional extra bedroom (small extra charge) with outdoor entrance. Master bedroom has 1 king bed, 1 twin sofa bed and has a private bath with shower and jacuzzi tub. 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and twin bunk beds. 3rd bedroom has 1 queen bed. There is one queen and one twin sofa beds located in the living room. The extra room for our guests who would like to have the benefit of one more bedroom can be rented for an additional $40 per night, it has outdoor access just a short distance down the walk from the main door of the house. The extra room has 1 queen bed. There is a large deck out front to BBQ and enjoy outdoor dining. The view from the kitchen, living room and deck are unforgettable.
•July and August - 1 week minimum Sunday-Sunday
• May, June, September - minimum varies.
Pet fee is $65 per pet non-refundable.
NO cleaning fee, but we expect a clean house when you leave.
We are not responsible for any illness or injury during your stay. Staying on the property is your agreement to this policy. Use of the property is at your own risk.

Wonderful property! Our family had a blast. New dock out front is beautiful. Side deck is a little dated and rough. Inside house was very clean. Outside of house and around sliders could use some pressure washing as spider webs were everywhere and windows were dirty. I understand that these issues could be a problem as the house sits on the river. Air conditioning works amazing and was a lifesaver after boating and fishing most days. Beds were comfortable and enough towels and bedding was provided. Groceries and shopping conveniently close by. Host recommended Hometown pizza for a birthday celebration and we were not disappointed. Wasn't ready to leave that peaceful and relaxing place with breathtaking views. Honestly could have stayed another week easily. We loved it there and hope to visit again next year!!

Excellent location to be right on the river! This house is on the very slow moving river as the water exits Osoyoos Lake. This worked great for both swimming and kayak fishing as we didn’t have to deal with the choppy water of the lake. The house has an open layout and large picture windows looking out over the water. One thing to keep in mind is that the bunkbed room in the photos doesn’t count one of the three bedrooms, but can be used for an extra cost. We had a great time and would definitely stay there again!

This is our 4th or 5th time staying here. Each time we see new improvements and this time was no different. We missed 2024 and 2024, so there was new flooring, new AC unit and an amazing deck.Madison is always responsive to our needs. Her communications are clear and prompt. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Fantastic location right on the lake and across the street from a pub and near a grocery store. Near the city park for boat launching as well. Nicely remodeled home and could not have had a better time!
