This home boasts a large living room with cable TV which overlooks the inviting pool and dock. Enjoy the convenience of dockage on two sides, for multiple boats, up to 80 feet on one side and 35 on the other, making it a paradise for boating enthusiasts. 2 minute boat ride to the open Atlantic Ocean from the dock.
Dive into relaxation with the refreshing pool with canal water views. When you're done for the day unwind under the shade of the charming tiki hut to escape the Florida sun.
This home has an up front and in your face 4th of July fireworks right in your back yard.
The rear of the house faces west for the sunsets every night.
This ground level home has a spacious living area overlooking the pool with a formal dining room with seating for 8 plus a few bars stools at the kitchen bar.
Modern and new furniture and comfortable beds await you for your best vacation ever.
The First bedroom has two twin beds as you enter the home on the right. As you pass by this bedroom you walk into the Kitchen and dining area with an open floor plan and modern and new kitchen.
Master bedroom with it's own on suite bath with a soaking tub are to the left of the kitchen with a King size bed and a TV.
As you pass this bedroom you have another bedroom with a queen size bed, and a hall bath with a shower.
On the other side of the kitchen is a bedroom with a full size bed and a trundle twin bed, and laundry area and TV.
The living room is next with large views of the back yard and pool area, and dock.
The house has a large living area with a great gathering area for your familyand a double futon on the right side of the living area for an extra guests.
The amazing outdoors has a tiki hut, and large pool with nice access for your boat/boats.
This house is a short 5-minute walk away from Sombrero Beach, with beach chairs included.
Located in the center of Marathon makes it easy access to grocery stores and restaurants.
Key West is just an hour drive away.
Lots of things to do and See in Marathon, with a short drive to Islamorada or Key West. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by.

Very nice and clean. Easy access by boat to open water. Nice large dockage and fish cleaning station. Very convenient to beach and grocery store

Perfect location, your out in the Atlantic in minutes. Neighbors were friendly. Parking was good and there was a spot for the trailer. Came with pool toys and floats. Tiki hut was great, we brought our own fan to sit under it. The canal is dirty water so no fishing off the dock, and got shallow at parts of the day making getting back to the house a little difficult with bigger boats. Backyard and pool were awesome! Pool was cleaned weekly. Tile around pool was slippery little dangerous for our new walker. But the sliding glass door was heavy enough the kids couldn’t open it which provided comfort with little kids around. Inside had a smell that someone smoked inside but we were able to air it out. AC had to stay at 73 and needed all the fans on to keep the house cool, bedrooms got warm at night. Layout is awesome. Water pressure in kitchen was bad and the stove and oven need to be replaced they only cooked on high. Was only able to access the house because the side door was unlocked, the code we were given didn’t work and someone didn’t come for 4 days to realize it’s a 6 digit code not a 4 digit like we were given, so we weren’t able to secure the house for a couple days. Property management was quick with responses. There is a fish cleaning table and water hose access. If they made a few updates we would definitely stay here again.

I was very disappointed in this house. It looked as described and was very clean. Unfortunately, someone smoked in the hallway bathroom which made the bathroom and the back bedroom unusable. My family has severe sensitively to smoke. I had a migraine the entire time I was there and my youngest is very asthmatic and had breathing issues. I had to use his nebulizer 3 times and was scoping out a hospital. It ruined a week of vacation that we worked hard for. The management team was able to move us to a different property halfway through our vacation but it really was disappointing when non smoking was advertised.
