About this house rental
Stay with your family in this beautiful tourist house!
Pleasant family house of 90m2 consisting of 4 bedrooms
First floor: kitchen, dining area, sitting area with sofa bed, shower room with washing machine and dryer
Bedroom 1
On the first floor composed of 2 double beds and a double bed on the mezzanine (6 people)
Bedroom 2
1 double bed and shower room with en-suite toilet
Bedroom 3
1 double bed and shower room with en-suite toilet
Bedroom 4
1 double bed and bathroom with en-suite toilet
Private landscaped garden with furniture consisting of tables, chairs, deckchairs
Children's playground (trampoline) in front of the house (these spaces are common and shared with the terraced house)
Car essential 3 parking spaces available maximum
Bus and downtown (shops) 20 minutes walk (1.5 km)
Uber/taxi/car rental (getaround)
No cleaning fees included, the house must be left clean (garbage emptied, bed linen removed, dishes and kitchen equipment clean and tidy...)
Quiet area and close neighborhood
You will be staying in my house, please take care of my accommodation during your stay
INTERNAL RULES:
1- Non-smoking accommodation
2- Non-smoking garden (presence of flammable synthetic lawn)
3- Shoes forbidden in the accommodation due to floors and stairs made of fragile materials (wood and synthetic parquet) bring slippers
4- Organization of parties and family / friendly events / bachelor parties for young men / girls ... forbidden (quiet residential area, close neighborhood, terraced house) under penalty of immediate cancellation of your stay
5-hours of calm in the accommodation and the outdoor areas (10pm-8am) due to the adjoining of the accommodation and the instructions of the municipality
5- Lock the door and close the windows while you are away from the home
6- Respect the instructions and departure times
7- Nudity forbidden in the outdoor areas
8- No pets allowed in the accommodation and its exteriors under penalty of immediate cancellation of your stay
9- Neighbourhood-friendly parking 3 cars maximum in front of the house
10- Eco-responsible behaviour in terms of water and electricity consumption
11- Respect the number of occupants indicated in the reservation (do not welcome external people)
The accommodation must be left clean (sheets removed, dishes clean and tidy, fridge empty, garbage emptied) we do not charge a cleaning fee to our guests

Property was as advertised and in a good location. The black out blinds are very effective. There’s no cleaning fee, so there are some check out instructions, which were in French, so I missed them. So look out for that.

The property was well located for Disney and the massive Val D’Europe shopping mall and Paris, spent 2 nights here on the way home from southern France, perfect for large families, ages 1 to 58! Very comfortable, great communication with just, I would highly recommend!!
