On the first floor, entrance, guest toilet, fitted and fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, large screen TV lounge, two en-suite bedrooms (including a master bedroom) and their adjoining terraces.
On the 1st floor, two en-suite bedrooms, one of which has a terrace with a view of the mountain.
Air conditioning is installed in all rooms.
The villa has a large infinity pool (12*6m) and large outdoor spaces, in order to take advantage of the beauty of the site, the mildness of the climate and the calm of this preserved environment.
You benefit from an entire villa and of which you are the only occupants.
The parking, the swimming pool and the garden are for your exclusive use.
High-speed wifi is installed and accessible throughout the house.
The two bedrooms on the 1st floor are equipped with an office.
The kitchen, with a surface area of 30m2, is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances (American fridge, freezer, oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher).
Small appliances are also at your disposal (Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster).
A washing machine and all the necessary equipment for its maintenance is at your disposal.
The rental price also includes the services of a housekeeper, every weekday morning (Monday to Friday).
She ensures the daily cleaning of the house and can also take care of the maintenance of the laundry, on request.
The water in the pool is micro-salted and heated. Its bi-weekly maintenance (included in the price) is carried out by a specialized and autonomous team. Please note: For parents of young children, the pool is not secure.
