It has a nice bedroom with double bed and fitted closets, a bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a comfortable sofa bed, Smart TV 43" and exit to the pleasant terrace of the property, which overlooks the communal pool and allows direct access to it for convenience. You can enjoy delicious lunches in the outdoor dining area while you enjoy the atmosphere of the place. In addition, it has all the necessary services just a few steps away from the property.
Strategically located 7 minutes drive from Playa del Inglés and with good connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island comfortably. Located in one of the most beautiful municipalities of the island where there is a summer climate throughout the year, where you can enjoy its beaches and stroll among its dunes.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, fan, bed linen and shower towels. There is also a communal swimming pool in the complex.
The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.

The apartment was very well equipped, clean, comfortable and stylish. The pool area was relaxing, quiet with plenty of beds. Everyone around the pool was friendly and there was no nonsense with towels being put out early.
In addition I would like to extend my thanks to the reservations team at Home2book who were absolutely superb every time I contacted them.
Dar, Bea, Santiago, Heidi, Anya, Alexandra and anyone else I may have forgotten- you provided first class customer service and helped make this a great stay. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Bravo!

Super ground floor apartment with direct access to garden & pool. Excellent location for bus to / from airport & easy walk to beach, dunes, bars & restaurants.
