Sitting on the River’s Edge this luxurious private home is located 21 miles outside of Mariposa and 10 miles from the Arch Rock entrance of Yosemite National Park. River’s Edge is a sumptuous getaway for special family occasions. Newly renovated living room space with electric fireplace.
The space
Sitting on the River’s Edge this luxurious private home features a master suite with private patio, natural rock wall in bedroom and in-room double spa. It also has a second master suite with in-room bathroom featuring a double spa. Additional features include a living room, sitting room and second patio with outdoor BBQ providing room to stretch out. The full kitchen and dining room provide ample space for an extended stay. Two king suites with in-room spa, a double queen room and a children’s attic room with four single beds, all with cable TVs, complete this special retreat. Newly installed outdoor shower surrounded by the Merced River and tranquil settings.
Other things to note
All fireworks, including “safe and sane,” are illegal in Mariposa County. Anyone caught with fireworks will be cited and fireworks confiscated. Violation of fireworks results in serious charges.
We allow pets for an additional charge:
$75 flat fee
If any damages are incurred during the stay we will request additional payment

Lovely property. Enjoyed the river access. Property was clean and quiet. Plenty of parking. Ran low on staples like paper towels, TP, trash bags - but I didn't reach out to Jessie for help with that either so can't complain much. Overall would definitely recommend.

The location was great for getting into Yosemite. the house layout was unique and we enjoyed it. The patio and view of the river was the real star, it was great sitting outside enjoying that view. The beds/layout were as described on the site and all linens and beds were clean. We felt like the value was great and enjoyed our stay. The floors could use a good scrubbing, and there were some areas in the bathrooms that could use some extra cleaning. Also, communications about check in and the property in general was great, but I did ask a couple of questions via the VRBO app that never got answered. Host might be more responsive via other sources
