Casale The Place is a recently built stone villa immersed in the Umbrian countryside, near Todi, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and sunflower fields. Completed in 2023, the house was designed with a clean, industrial-chic style, characterized by oak, concrete floors, beamed ceilings and carefully selected contemporary furnishings. Large windows and sliding French doors directly connect the living area to the garden and pool, creating a perfect dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces. The villa, on three floors, has four double bedrooms with private bathrooms and a panoramic porch with pergola ideal for outdoor lunches or evening appetizers. The location is strategic for visiting some of the most beautiful cities in Umbria, such as Todi, Orvieto, Assisi and Perugia, all easily accessible by car.
THE PROPERTY HAS UNDERGONE A CHECK-UP CARRIED OUT BY ONE OF OUR TECHNICAL MANAGERS, TO GUARANTEE THE CORRESPONDENCE OF THE DESCRIPTION, OF THE ACCESSORIES LISTED ON THE SITE AND THEIR STATE OF OPERATION/MAINTENANCE Internal:

The villa is spread over three levels, for a total area of about 310 square meters. GROUND FLOOR — Large open space living area with sitting room, ornamental fireplace, smart TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen; courtesy bathroom; direct access to the garden and pool through large sliding French doors. FIRST FLOOR — Three double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower. BASEMENT FLOOR — Double bedroom with a wolf-like window, equipped with a private bathroom with shower; laundry room. Air conditioning in the bedrooms. Air conditioning in the living room (on request with extra cost).
Park:
The villa is surrounded by a fenced garden of about 5,000 square meters, flat around the house and the pool, and gently sloping towards the terraced olive groves. The garden is partly lawn, enriched by hedges, mature trees and Mediterranean plants. In front of the living area is a porch furnished with a dining table, chairs and a mobile barbecue. An outdoor lighting system enhances the garden and pool even in the evening. The automatic gate leads to a gravel driveway that leads to the car park with three covered parking spaces. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located right in front of the villa, with direct access through sliding French doors. Rectangular shape;, measures 15 x 3.5 meters and a constant depth of 1.50 m. Covered in gray PVC and accessible through four submerged steps; chlorine and active oxygen purification; internal lighting. The solarium, partly paved with teak and partly on the lawn, is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs, cold water shower and a pergola with sofas and table. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
