Gîte for 2–3 people: La Bergerie

Estate with swimming pool (shared with 3 other cottages) on 1.5 hectares of land in the Ardèche Cevennes, in the town of Gravières, 5 minutes from Les Vans.
Close to all amenities, hiking or mountain biking trails, climbing sites, swimming areas, canoes,...

The accommodation:
La Bergerie is a cosy little nest, separate from the main building, with a large covered terrace facing east with an unobstructed view.

The accommodation offers on the first floor:
- a fitted kitchen (a gas/electricity stove, an oven, a hood, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils..., a washing machine) and a dining room
- a living room with a convertible two-seater sofa, a wood stove, a coffee table, a television, a dresser, a storage room
with a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron and drying rack,
- a large covered terrace accessible from the living room, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
Upstairs with access to stairs:
- a bedroom equipped with a double bed (160x200) with two bedside tables, a single drawer bed (80x190) and a wardrobe
- a bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink, a hairdryer and a toilet.
This cottage is equipped with electric radiators.

Passenger access:
Located on the heights at an altitude of 360 m, you will have to take a small road under the chestnut grove to discover beautiful wooded meadows, a salt swimming pool with a view of the Serre de Barre, a petanque court and games for children. Many places in the estate are conducive to tranquility and well-being.

Optional sheet rental: €15 for a single bed and €17 for a double bed.
Optional central heating 8€ per night or purchase of logs.

Pets are welcome as long as certain basic rules are respected.

For the months of July and August, reservations are only possible on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.
